The Only person that knows better than anyone about your own body is you. You probably know how to take care of it with help from your family members, physicians, and or anyone that takes care of their own body like anyone else. Most likely the person that is healthy and doesn’t do any type of illegal drugs will live longer, like that one lady that died a while ago. She was 114, I think,  and her parents were former slaves too! That’s amazing huh?? Wow I wish I could live 100 years more sound fascinating. Then the day I pass away would be 2107. That’s a mighty long time, but it’s worth a shot. I’ll probably live till I’m 90 years old though, but it’s hard to say in a society that we live in now. People die everyday all around the world no matter how healthy they are, but babies are born in this world also so it’s like an equal exchange. There must be something that you have to give in order to get something in return right?

There are many verities of people in our world… The only similarity is that we’re all human but that’s about it. We all have our ways of thinking from one another even though we’re talking about the same subject and we’re on the same page as everyone else. Our minds are complicated beings that can’t possibly be cloned or remade because it’s the same thing even if you get brainwashed or have amnesia.  Since I’m talking about brains anyways did you know that if your brain stops working you die? That’s because your brain is like a computer if the power shuts off the whole system goes down, am I right? ( And I’m not talking about laptops with extra battery packs) But it’s something similar.

People that are trained to save lives are like super heroes. They try to help  you get through your daily life styles and living expenses. Although we have passed laws, taxes and bills we go by the constitution when our country was found and many people agreed to it, but there will always be a wolf dressed as a sheep to ruin the herd. Since their all sheep’s it’s very difficult to determine which sheep is which, unless you have x-ray visions, but that’s out of the box right there.

Adolescent Growth && DevelopmenT

One thing for sure is that I have no clue what Adolescent is. But luckily I found a very informational site to learn about this. As soon as I was done reading it it got me thinking… Sicne the child’s head starts to grow and by the age of 16 and 18 it is done growing. So doesn’t that mean that the person is a midget?? That’s what popped in my head right after I read it. The website even has a chart for you to look at and from time to time until they turn 16 or 18 their height hasn’t changed very much.

  Has anyone seen the movie Anger Management? Well Stress management is about the same thing people go through practically every day. For parents, students, adults and children stress is what causes the white hairs to come out. Have you every notice the grayish white hairs on grown ups and parents? That’s because they are stressing out on either at home or at work. Seeing white hair on your head doesn’t always mean your getting older its stress related. Unlike other changes in your body stress causes you to be more controlling and up tight about everything. The physical changes in your body(most likely your face) is going to look older and have wrinkles on your forehead. Other changes may occur but those are probably minor changes.

  Stress can be very irritating at times like you feel like hitting something, or want to scream your lungs out. It feels much better if you do but your throut will be really sore the next day. See the pix I found on the internet?? Don’t you just wanna grab that ball and squeeze the living day lights out of it when your stressing? Bet you do huh? Don’t worry about it you’ll get over it.

Physical Fitness XD

It’s fun to be fit and healthy at my age and probably as I get older too. Since I’m still young it is easy for me go gain muscles and better endurance and be more active in sports, but I’ve seen older adults like in there 50’s or 60’s work out with much more effort than the students in my P.E. class… Its amazing just looking at them through my car window mythat they can still do that at their age. I guess it’s not impossible if you just try and even though it’s tough it’s worth it if YOU think it is or else it’s just a waste. Everyone’s body develop differently and everyone age differently SO WHAT we all have are motives. If you want to live up to 100 or at least see your great-grand children then you should think about your health and what you want best for your kid’s kid and be sure to think about your body. You will notice a different with in a few months that your body has grown and you feel better, stronger and healthier all  at the sametime.

At first I didn’t know what being fit is all about but when I came in to my P.E. class last year it was horrible, I thought, and I never liked that class, but once I got used to the workouts it got easier and funner because I know what I want to do for my body and I have a goal to reach. So know I’ve been working out for about 2 years and I am so totally fit unlike some other schools we works our butts off just to see how much we have adapt to the customs of our everyday exercises.

When you do your everyday exercise it can be any type of fitness exercises like yoga, cardio kickboxing, TNT (tush and tummy) or running. Make exercising fun for yourself and or with friends. Don’t do exercises that are boring and dull or you won’t feel like doing it anymore.

Medicine and Illegal Drugs…..

Everyone knows about bad drug uses they always talk about it at school and what happens to you when you do use it. Most students really don’t care about what the teachers or councilors say they go  straight ahead and do it anyways knowing the consequences they will face in the future. Even the kid you know that’s a straight A student, never gets in trouble, or done anything bad. There is a lot of people in this world that we characterize as civilians or immigrants but we all have the same characteristics of the people around us. Young teens suffer from this because either they want to be popular or they have trouble in school or at home. These are not good signs of children starting to take drugs. The most common drug is probably tobacco or alcohol because it is easy to get a hand on and for the stronger drugs such as crystal meth isn’t impossible but more costly and hard to find unless you have connections.

Is it possible to over come these obstacles? && how often do they occur in America?

PReVenTiNg AbUse And VIoLEnCe…

When a parent spanks their child is it considered as abuse? When someone is being hit at home but doesn’t tell anyone about is it a bad thing? Has anyone ever seen a parent abuse their kid out in public? I have. Its normal to punish your child if talking doesn’t do any good you show them physically. No one knows what happens in your household. No one cares, but isnt it better to tell someone and stop the abuse and violence than to let it happen over and over again? I bet that everyone of us has been either been spanked, slapped , or worse by our guardians right? It’s a natural thing in family life styles.

If you are being abused then you should probably talk to another adult about it.. well that’s what I’ve heard what to do (most of the time) but before they can do anything you’d still be abused. If the parent or guardian starts to because more and more abusive call the police… thats probably the only way to stop the abuse. Depending on who the abuser is abusing that’s when you and the person abused should call the police or leave the household until something could be done about that person. If the person is stressed from work is the cause of the violence the best way to stop it is be quiet for the person to get their saneness back.  Many people have different kinds of ways that trigger the abuse and violence and there are different ways to pervent it too, you just know what to do, when to do it and how. There are people to help you through this.

All I know about alcohol is that if you drink too much of it it will damage your body. I don’t know why people even invented alcohol in the first place, but I can’t judge people of what they do or why they do the things they do… I know that my parents and family drinks but i don’t think they’ve ever been totally boozed before but I may be wrong… The thing is on my mothers side of the family even if they drink a little sip of alcohol their face turns bright red like how i look like after swimming or the mile… i have my family traits ^x^ My mom says that its a good thing because people will know if your drunk or been drinking… I think its funny because my face unlike my siblings I turn redder than them and because i exercise more than both of them…

I think that alcohol isn’t as bad as some people think it is because my family drinks and none of them are alcoholics. Both of my grandpa’s drink this really strong smelling whine made from Chinese herbs and dried fruits… don’t think i want to drink or smoke when i grow up because i like to run and in order to run i have to have open lungs and conscience of where I’m running or what I’m running into…

trainingI donno that if I make Heathy Decisions but I saw on the news the one family is trying to make a change in our environment by only driving the car probably once a week that will help the environment, not using too much paper, and eating organically grown food. I think its a great way to help the environment and I think I should do something like that too. The family is trying that experiment for about I think a month and they are writing a book about it.

MaKiNg a HeALthY DeCiSIoN Pt.2

I don’t know what making a healthy decision really is, but if you asked anyone they would probably say that you should eat fruits, vegetables, anything nutritious and drink water… well thats what I hear from my P.E. teacher cause she like to talk about health and keeping fit all the time and sometimes I actually enjoys her lectures^x^ Exercising is another healthy way to loose weight and gain muscles ( if you want any) but try not to push yourself overboard by trying to over exercise and eating very little… it doesn’t help ( trust me I’ve tried-_-”)

**Speaking of that I did that for about a week before we went back on trak and I felt really sick and horrible… my body wasn’t functioning well and i was very tired and weak so I stopped and gradually got my nutruens back in to my body I felt much better and i don’t think I’m gonna do that again…**

Eating right = more energy to play^x^For most people eating healthy is like eating your veggies, drinking milk or water, and getting your nutrients.  BUT do you know that many people get tired of eating the same thing over and over again isn’t so fun…

For me I like eating and thing with rice, its really good with almost anything and since I’m Asian i do eat rice every day that’s how i get nutrients and energy to live my day… I only eat it for dinner most of that time and sometimes at lunch (i make sushi)  its really good (sometimes>.>) and the things i make with it isn’t really fattening and its filling^x^ that’s why i like it…

The other thing I like to make is PASTA (^^mmmmm…) I love Italian food such as Lasagna ( I <3 lasagna) Its so good^^. I like lots of foods depending on how it looks and smells. Every time I cook it smells good says my sister and brother and it tastes good to but they never help me eat it. (-_-”sadly ) o wells more for me… sometimes I bring my food to school too my friends think my mom made it but no. I made it and its really fun getting compliments from them too^x^

One day I wish I can cook like that—-v Just for the fun of it lol^x^

There are many ways people live throughout their lives and that’s what life is about. Going through the ups & downs is what people are meant to face. Even though its hard to do so and most of the time people commit suicide and or become psychopaths others who in tend to follow on their dreams may become very successful in life because they never gave up. Not many people are successful in their lives. They try their hardest not to give up even though their lives have been great until they become adults and live on their own and dislikes their job because most people don’t find a job they enjoy very much, but they work there anyways to get their paychecks and keep up their life styles.  You know the phrase “Hard work pays off?” Well it’s not always true for some people but when you try your best some day you’ll get a reward for what you did.

P.S. I was reading this  Manga called Anne Freak in one of the chapters it says ” the way you live determines the way you die.” It’s just so….. true because if you live healthy your life would be good and when you die you would die with no regret. So that was very helpful to my summary.
